The first step in formulating a coordinated response to electronic mind control is to determine what technological methods have been developed and proven in the field. This is somewhat impeded by secrecy laws involving “national security”. Apart from fringe diatribes, which contain varying levels of conjecture, there are ample references in the open literature. This obviously represents only the tip of the iceberg of a well funded multi-disciplinary program, involving both military and domestic agencies, that has been underway in several major countries since the early 1950′s. The intended outcome is left to your imagination.

SIDEBAR: Lewis B. Hainsworth of Western Australia first recognized the relationship of brain wave frequencies to naturally circulating rhythmic signals, known as Schumann’s Resonances (SR), in the space between the surface of the earth and the ionosphere.  Hainsworth imparted this awareness to Dr. Robert O. Becker, noted electromagnetics pollution expert, and to Harvard neurologists as early as 1975.   In 1977, the relationship between brain-wave rhythms and natural earth ELF signals became the basis for Itzhak Bentov’s Stalking the Wild Pendulum(Dutton, 1977).  Later research confirmed a relationship to health, well-being, and even ESP or psi phenomena.

Hainsworth sent up a clarion cry against hazardous EM pollution.  Dangers pale compared to the global threat of technologies such as HAARP, which send violent pulsations into the earth’s ionosphere, potentially disrupting the entire electromagnetic shield of the earth.  Some suggest that the frequency of the basic SR is changing in value, possibly threatening the whole biosphere, human welfare, and our evolutionary future.  All biological processes are a function of electromagnetic field interactions, which are the connecting link between the world of form and resonant patterns.  EM fields store gestalts or patterns of information.  The bridge connecting solar system resonances and brain frequencies resides in our human DNA helix, which evolved in this environment.

INTRODUCTION

The rhythm of life has evolved at an even tempo for epochs.  We live in a matrix of oscillating fields; the tiniest fluctuations in one interlocked field carry over perturbation into others.  Many times per second, pulses travel completely around the world between our planet’s surface and the ionosphere sending coordinating signals to all organisms.  These signals couple us to the global electrostatic field.  Named for their discoverer, these Schumann Resonances (SR) provide the orchestrating pulse for life on our planet.

We all march to the cadence of this cosmic drummer — our planetary heartbeat, which sets the tempo for health and well-being.  Damaging this planetary pacemaker could spell doom for life as we know it.  In the name of progress and defense, this pacemaker is now threatened, while vast amounts of public money are spent on this exploitation. Even more tax funds are allocated to implement the ill-conceived “Star Wars” missile defense, and the energy beam Project HAARP.

“What is clear is that part of the money voted to Bush’s Star Wars plan will be used for research into space-based lasers,” the Independent reported. “These, we are told, will be used to shoot down the missiles fired in anger by ‘rogue states.’ But they will, inevitably, evolve into weapons aimed at America’s enemies from space. U.S. Space Command doesn’t even bother to hide this fact. The most chilling illustration in Vision 2020 is of such a space-based laser firing a beam of energy at the earth.”

“What the Russians are worried about (as they’re trying to explain in badly translated prose from Moscow’s Interfax News Agency) are U.S. plans to begin large-scale scientific experiments using the Alaska-based HAARP in 2003. Ninety Russian deputies signed the appeal against the HAARP program, charging that the experiments “would create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines and have a negative impact on the mental health of people populating entire regions.” (Fitrakis, 2002)

The ionosphere shields us from deadly radiation from the sun and deep space.  Holes are now being routinely punched in this insulating blanket by high-frequency radio waves, and may accidentally tear open the fragile cocoon of human and planetary evolution.  Dire consequences could be as devastating as the failure of an individual’s pacemaker.  First, we will give an overview, then define and describe some terms used here in greater detail deeper in the article.

This environmental rhythm — the fundamental driving system for all life on our small blue planet — is jeopardized by human manipulations of the ionosphere, such as project HAARP.  It is dangerous to fool with Mother Nature as the results of ozone depletion and other ecological calamities have shown.  It might be easy to see that such survival risks don’t balance alleged benefits, but targeted research on potential problem areas has been virtually non-existent.

Lewis B. Hainsworth was among the first to suggest that human health is linked with geophysical parameters by way of the naturally occurring Schumann ELF (extremely low frequencies).  His hypothesis identified naturally occurring features which determine the frequency spectrum of human brain-wave rhythms.  He concluded that the frequencies of human brain-waves evolved in response to these signals.  If the hypothesis is correct, conditions for evolutionary changes in human brainwave patterns have now been established.

Hypothesis:  “The frequencies of naturally occurring electro-magnetic signals, circulating in the electrically resonant cavity bounded by the earth and the ionosphere, have governed or determined the ‘evolution’ or development of the frequencies of operation of the principal human brain-wave signals:  In particular, the alpha-rhythm is so placed that it can in no circumstances suffer an extensive interference from naturally occurring signals.”

A US company claims it is ready to build a microwave ray gun able to beam sounds directly into people’s heads.

The device – dubbed MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio) – exploits the microwave audio effect, in which short microwave pulses rapidly heat tissue, causing a shockwave inside the skull that can be detected by the ears. A series of pulses can be transmitted to produce recognisable sounds.

The device is aimed for military or crowd-control applications, but may have other uses.

Lev Sadovnik of the Sierra Nevada Corporation in the US is working on the system, having started work on a US navy research contract. The navy’s report states that the effect was shown to be effective.
Scarecrow beam?

MEDUSA involves a microwave auditory effect “loud” enough to cause discomfort or even incapacitation. Sadovnik says that normal audio safety limits do not apply since the sound does not enter through the eardrums.

“The repel effect is a combination of loudness and the irritation factor,” he says. “You can’t block it out.”

Sadovnik says the device will work thanks to a new reconfigurable antenna developed by colleague Vladimir Manasson. It steers the beam electronically, making it possible to flip from a broad to a narrow beam, or aim at multiple targets simultaneously.

Sadovnik says the technology could have non-military applications. Birds seem to be highly sensitive to microwave audio, he says, so it might be used to scare away unwanted flocks.

Sadovnik has also experimented with transmitting microwave audio to people with outer ear problems that impair their normal hearing.
Brain damage risk

James Lin of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Illinois in Chicago says that MEDUSA is feasible in principle.

He has carried out his own work on the technique, and was even approached by the music industry about using microwave audio to enhance sound systems, he told New Scientist.

“But is it going to be possible at the power levels necessary?” he asks. Previous microwave audio tests involved very “quiet” sounds that were hard to hear, a high-power system would mean much more powerful – and potentially hazardous – shockwaves.

“I would worry about what other health effects it is having,” says Lin. “You might see neural damage.”

Sierra Nevada says that a demonstration version could be built in a year, with a transportable system following within 18 months. They are currently seeking funding for the work from the US Department of Defence.

Changing the Weather with Ions

I know what you’re thinking, I must be crazy right?  Though plenty of scientists would agree with you, a few companies are touting their ability to create rain from clouds that would normally produce none.  This process is barely understood by the scientific community, and has yet to become proven science, nonetheless these devices are being field-trialed around the globe as we speak.  Most people are unaware that weather modification by cloud seeding has gone on for years, and even less are aware of this new technology.

WeatherTec cloud ionizers were used in Abu Dhabi for precipitation enhancement, with claimed results of making it rain over 50 times when forecasters expected no rain.  Their system employs radio frequency antennas to emit negatively charged ions which statically charge clouds, increasing water drop size, causing precipitation.  An easier way to put it is the antennas create statically charged dust particles in the cloud that attracts water vapor, forming droplets that fall to the ground.  Let’s explore the technology and peer reviews:

This forms the basis of the ATLANT™ model.

  • Initially, negative ions are generated from a corona discharge wire array
  • The ions become attached to particles in the atmosphere, which later act as cloud condensation nuclei (CCN);
  • The ions are conveyed to the higher atmosphere by wind, atmospheric convection and turbulence;
  • The electric charges on these particles are transferred to cloud droplets; and
  • The electrostatic forces on droplet interaction aid the coalescence of the cloud droplets. This results in enhanced raindrop growth rate and ultimately increasing rainfall downwind from the Atlant.

In 1990’s, MIT’s Atmospheric Laboratory conducted field trials in non-conventional weather modification technologies.

Through further studies, atmospheric researchers developed a theory that identified macro‐scale weather chaos as ‘the key’ to influencing weather. During late 1990′s an independent research team in Australia stumbled on an ‘atmospheric mechanism’ whilst exploring origins of this theory (link). Experimental trials revealed that “small amounts of electromagnetic energy, applied intelligently,” could force change into weather, based on atmospheric sine wave patterns. This research culminated in the development of an atmospheric resonance technology, represented by Aquiess International (aquiess).

aquiess weather modification is based on frequencies that are discoverable, code and algorithms, which can enable (an apparent) direct connectivity between programming operations and atmospheric systems. One commonly accepted analogy to this is the setting up of harmonic waves by soldiers marching on a bridge. If enough soldiers march in-time on a bridge, the bridge will oscillate and could inadvertently destroyed. If a device was produced to remotely ‘deploy’ the same harmonic frequency upon that bridge, it could be physically destroyed without the soldiers. The brainchild of a fractious group of Russian emigré’s, the poles and wires are in fact a network of conductors meant to ionize the air. HE listened and closed his eyes as the rolling waves of sound poured over and through his being. Thrilling, intoxicating, the hysteria of heaven, the enthralled and frightening flight of angels. Electrifying. Messaien’s organ music signalled messages of meaning, titanic foghorns ululating among dimly perceived near-worlds. Olivier Messaien, master composer of musical expressionism, used the ground thrumming tones of great Parisian cathedral organs to evoke sensations which may only be called otherworldly. Masterfully macabre. Black foundations, blue pillars, and rainbow ceilings.

Sound, rhythm, and space. Ultra-chromatic chord frames, rising like rock walls from the black depths. And immense stellar crystallizations, radiating tonal perfumes through deep and black radiant space. Lovely and lyrically swooping melodies, the flight of birds through delicate limbs. And melodic lines, reaching up toward unknown depths of space, each had their foundation in ultrabass tones of rooted depth. The basso profunda of Messaien are the critical foundations, the strong vertical pillars of an immense architecture which extends beyond performance walls. He scoured the deep and unreachable roots of worlds to hold his musical cathedrals together. Such majesty and grandeur of sound! Rich in the intelligence which flooded and made the world, the musical currents and the atmosphere of tones. Fluidic music and meaning.

The most fundamental signals which permeate this world are inaudible. They not only surpass our hearing, but they undergird our being. Natural infrasounds rumble through experience daily. There manifestations are fortunately infrequent and incoherent. Infrasound is inaudible to human hearing, being of pitch below 15 cycles per second. The bottom human limit. The plynth. The foundation. Infrasound is not heard, it is felt. Infrasound holds a terrible secret in its silent roar.

Infrasound produces varied physiological sensations which begin as vague “irritations”. At certain pitch, infrasound produces physical pressure. At specific low intensity, fear and disorientation. Nazi propaganda engineers methodically used infrasound to stir up the hostilities of crowds who were gathered to hear their madman. The results are historical nightmares.

At a very specific pitch, infrasound explodes matter. At others, infrasound incapacitates and kills. Organisms rupture in its blast. Sea creatures use this power to stun and kill prey.

The swelling bass tones of the cathedral seem as though they can burst the very pillars which uphold the ancient vaults. Stained glass windows have been known to erupt in a shower of colored fragments from the organ’s basso profunda. Impulsed ultrabass tones…thunder. Somewhere in the almost inaudible roll of these basement sounds there was a devastating and fearful power.
