JamesPollardEspyJames Pollard Espy (or the Storm King) (May 9 1785 – January 24 1860) was a U.S. meteorologist. Espy developed a convection theory of storms, explaining it in 1836 before the American Philosophical Society and in 1840 before the French Académie des Sciences and the British Royal Society. His theory was published by in 1840 as The Philosophy of Storms. He became meteorologist to the War (1842) and Navy (1848) departments and developed the use of the telegraph in assembling weather observation data by which he studied the progress of storms and laid the basis for scientific weather forecasting.

It is also an enthralling account of the horrific storm’s aftermath as residents, suddenly isolated from the world without electricity, food, water and even communications try to survive in Stone Age conditions!

This fictional book wasn’t far off the mark, with one big caveat: the author didn’t take weather modification into consideration.  Truth is stranger than fiction, so brace yourself for the true story of the climate engineers that seek to control mother natures’ raw fury; the hurricane.

I live in South Carolina, and hurricanes have been always been a part of my life.  Back in 1989, Hurricane Hugo leveled my hometown of Sumter, South Carolina.  Hugo, a Category 4 hurricane with 135 mph winds, the second strongest hurricane (since reliable records began in 1851) to hit the U.S. East Coast north of Florida.  We came together as a community, had coffee and breakfast made on a gas grill, smelled terribly for days, even ate at the Red Cross shelter a time or two.  My father, my brother and I spent two weeks travelling through neighborhoods clearing the roads with our chainsaws, and despite the destruction, I remember the aftermath fondly.

The memo goes on to list the areas of weather modification:

  • Fog – creating fog by means of cloud seeding, dispersal techniques, and chemtrails
  • Precipitation – creating precipitation by means of lasers and using nanotechnology
  • Storms – creating and controlling storms by means of creating heat in atmosphere, storm cell triggering, and lightning modification
  • Space-Weather Modification – through controlling the ionosphere using chemical vapors, heating the electromagnetic radiation, x-rays, particle beams, and radiation beams

These Wall Street fat cats bet on whether your town is going to get leveled, then buy it for a song afterward.  Think that sounds crazy?  Did you know the NADEX bets on federal elections?  Did you know just this April, the CFTC had to put it in writing that betting on elections is illegal if it involves assassinations, war, and the like.  So to say they aren’t betting on the weather when they are controlling it with cloud seeding, radio waves, and HAARP, would make you the crazy one.

WeatherTec cloud ionizers were used in Abu Dhabi for precipitation enhancement, with claimed results of making it rain over 50 times when forecasters expected no rain.  Their system employs radio frequency antennas to emit negatively charged ions which statically charge clouds, increasing water drop size, causing precipitation.  An easier way to put it is the antennas create statically charged dust particles in the cloud that attracts water vapor, forming droplets that fall to the ground.  Let’s explore the technology and peer reviews:

Introducing electrically charged droplets into a naturally occurring cloud will affect the collision probabilities and hence the rate of droplet coalescence to produce raindrops, and depending on the nature of the cloud result in increased rain drop growth. This forms the basis of the ATLANT™ model.

ATLANT™ Model
  • Initially, negative ions are generated from a corona discharge wire array
  • The ions become attached to particles in the atmosphere, which later act as cloud condensation nuclei (CCN);
  • The ions are conveyed to the higher atmosphere by wind, atmospheric convection and turbulence;
  • The electric charges on these particles are transferred to cloud droplets; and
  • The electrostatic forces on droplet interaction aid the coalescence of the cloud droplets. This results in enhanced raindrop growth rate and ultimately increasing rainfall downwind from the Atlant.

In 1990’s, MIT’s Atmospheric Laboratory conducted field trials in non-conventional weather modification technologies.

Through further studies, atmospheric researchers developed a theory that identified macro‐scale weather chaos as ‘the key’ to influencing weather. During late 1990′s an independent research team in Australia stumbled on an ‘atmospheric mechanism’ whilst exploring origins of this theory (link). Experimental trials revealed that “small amounts of electromagnetic energy, applied intelligently,” could force change into weather, based on atmospheric sine wave patterns. This research culminated in the development of an atmospheric resonance technology, represented by Aquiess International (aquiess).

Electromagnetic wave forms are utilized to deliver signals toward a target weather system, that may be as remote as beyond the visible horizon. aquiess weather modification is based on frequencies that are discoverable, code and algorithms, which can enable (an apparent) direct connectivity between programming operations and atmospheric systems. One commonly accepted analogy to this is the setting up of harmonic waves by soldiers marching on a bridge. If enough soldiers march in-time on a bridge, the bridge will oscillate and could inadvertently destroyed. If a device was produced to remotely ‘deploy’ the same harmonic frequency upon that bridge, it could be physically destroyed without the soldiers. More than 1 in 3 counties in the United States could face a “high” or “extreme” risk of water shortages due to climate change by the middle of the twenty-first century, according to a new study in the American Chemical Society’s (ACS) journal  Environmental Science & Technology.

The new report concluded that 7 in 10 of the more than 3,100 U.S. counties could face “some” risk of shortages of fresh water for drinking, farming, and other uses. The study includes maps that identify the counties at risk of shortages.

Fresh water has been dubbed “Blue Gold” in many publications as potable water will be to this century what oil was to the last century. Less than three percent of the water on the earth’s surface is fresh water. When we deduct the amount in the ice at each pole and the rivers flowing in uninhabited areas that number is less than one percent. From this amount the nearly 4 billion people [at last count, almost 7 billion people - John N-G] on earth use to survive.

This small amount of water is the cause of the gamut of action taken by governments of the world ranging from conservation to armed conflict.
