The first step in formulating a coordinated response to electronic mind control is to determine what technological methods have been developed and proven in the field. This is somewhat impeded by secrecy laws involving “national security”. Apart from fringe diatribes, which contain varying levels of conjecture, there are ample references in the open literature. This obviously represents only the tip of the iceberg of a well funded multi-disciplinary program, involving both military and domestic agencies, that has been underway in several major countries since the early 1950′s. The intended outcome is left to your imagination.

Directed Energy Weapons (DEW’s)

While not originated for mind control per se, the following range of technologies represent a growing ability to target energetic influences with pin-point accuracy. Apart from the stated aim of asset destruction, the emitted energy beam, be it laser or microwave, can be easily modulated with signal patterns known to interfere with physical or psychological functions.

“Death rays” seem to be an enduring theme, and sad commentary on human intellect. Why not a “life ray” for a refreshing change?

Pictured above is the Ranets E, a High Power Microwave (HPM) weapon system intended to produce lethal damage or disruption and dysfunction in opposing electronic systems. Just don’t aim it at us. The weapon uses an X-band pulsed 500 MegaWatt HPM source, generating 10 to 20 nanosecond pulses at a 500 Hz PRF, and average output power of 2.5 to 5KW. It has been described as a “radio-frequency cannon”, and Russian sources credit it with a lethal range of 20 miles against the guidance systems of PGMs and aircraft avionics.

Torsion Field Generators

Highly bioactive torsion field generators are the subject of intense investigation, particularly in Russia.

A more exotic implementation utilizes plasma phase conjugation to orthagonally embed a causal substructure within a triangulated signal. When the carriers converge anti-phase, these hidden potentials unpack within the target. In effect, they appear out of “nowhere”. This strategy can also be used to impress lower or higher frequencies upon a bandwidth-constrained carrier, such as music, TV, a film soundtrack, or phone conversation.

According to Col. Tom Bearden, these “quantum potential” weapons are the dominant weapons on Earth today, followed closely by negative energy EMP weapons in second place. The latter make use of the concept of entropy to turn any unprotected object into esssentially nothingness by having it release all thermal and potential energy into the surroundings.

This emerging modality is more suited to the hapless individual; or more specifically his/her ability to function under imposed adverse conditions. In spite of promising medical applications involving movement and cognitive disporders, the bulk of funding predictably flows in buckets from the military sector. After the action, or upon capture, a memory dissolution function can be selected.
